MAHON TRIBUNAL EXPOSES PLANNING CORRUPTION - NOW CAN WE EXPOSE THE TREACY CASE - WWW.CORRUPTIONINIRELAND.COM

category national | crime and justice | news report author Saturday March 24, 2012 20:08author by Larry Kelly - Law Action Ireland Report this post to the editors

The Mahon Tribunal Report exposes endemic corruption in public life which was very evident for many years. Bertie Ahern had to deal with corruption surrounding the Charles Haughey era and now Micheal Martin has to deal with the corruption surrounding the Bertie Ahern era. The question is - is Micheal Martin going to break the systemic line of corruption or will the next leader of FF be dealing with his corruption?
The most disturbing endemic corruption in this country is what happens to hundreds of people sucked into the legal system and it needs to be dealt with immediately. It is far more important as peoples lives are being detroyed. No ones life has been detroyed or will be destroyed with regard to the Mahon Report Corruption.

Having got the full account of corruption involving the untruthful evidence of an Irish Prime Minister and a former Government Minister/EU Commissioner how can the people of Ireland trust our politicians and public representatives. What has yet to come out of the woodwork?
The case of the Treacy family in Dublin is a prime example of corruption involving the removal of a legal planning permission and then a continued attack on the Treacy family because they fought to defend their legal planning permission, which was taken off them because the objector, their neighbour happened to be a judge. The whole story is complex but can be accessed on WWW.CORRUPTIONINIRELAND.COM.

The people of Ireland need to support this family and help to bring to account the people who are named on this website as it certainly involves many people in "high places". Enda Kenny has an obligation to deal with this case as has Allan Shatter. In fact Micheal Martin here is blatant corruption for you to stop and help to penalise the perpetrators. In your Ard Fheis speech you said that FF would not tolerate wrongdoing.

It is not good enough to say anymore that the courts are separate to the Government as it is the politicians who appoint the judges, many of which are not suitable.

So WHY as Tourism and Trade Minister, Micheal Martin TD in Africa, a while back, making deals for shell oil, sure he went all the way there to Africa to get better deals for the African Government ( WHY DID HE DO THAT )and shell didn't give him a dig out. Why was he brokering deals for shell to a African Gov. When F.F gave away all the Irish rights away to shell an co. Can some one help dig up the story to prove that he's not as clean as he says. Does he work for shell or the Irish State There is a great story to be answered to by him as W.H.Y. Please help get this story out there, Thanks

I have followed Mr Tracey's story and know it is 100% true. It is the talk of the Law Library. He is the victim of corruption and abuse by his neighbour and his neighbour's garda friends. This man is an outright gentleman and hundreds will v ouch for this. Can anyone tell me why this gentleman was not harrassed and abused ever before getting a planning permission. He lived beside his neighbour for 13 years before getting his planning permission, without one cross word. It is very obvious what has gone on here and a disgrace to the perpetrators, who will be brought to justice some day.

what about Tracey suing 11 & 12 yr old boys? He accused them of conspiring against him. Seemingly these boys were part of a joint conspiracy also involving 3 judges, the AG and the minister for Justice & 16 other people.

Tracey was covicted of assaulting tghe mother of one of the boys.

Tracey is a fruitcake.
