Transparency International ireland marks the launch of the corruption Perceptions Index with a public workshop on how corruption can be measured.

The corruption Perceptions Index is published annually by Transparency International and measures international business and expert perceptions of levels of public sector corruption around the world. Our workshop contributors will offer their practical insights and experiences on what it says about ireland; how ireland is viewed around the world; how ethical our public officials and business people are; and what our leaders can do to improve trust in them.

this seems more like advertising than anything,im not sure of the true interests here..just like the ombudsman of the bank who did the stress test on the banks,just before the recession,and stated''everything was fine'',he was paid by the banks to state this,corruption from the top,where there is a CEO ,there is NO credibility ..

okay so the attendance is free,does the workshop cost any euros..
