Reminder of above event this upcoming weekend.
Perhaps someone could clarify whether this event is free or not as latest texts recieved say it is a fundraiser. The original email is above word for word, copied and pasted and I cant seem to get anyone on their phones this morning!

So now the Mountain of Iron having struggled to recover from mining, is going to be contaminated by the dirt and noise of Dublin.

It is both- a free party in a beautiful part of the country, with
fundraising from food sales and donations.

is this child friendly event ?
There are several children expected to be at this event. There will be a Pottery Making Display in the morning and Traditional Music to entertain. There is of course the beautiful mountain to explore and a lot of kids like the camping experience. Children are welcome, accompanied by a responsible adult.
As there will be alcohol consumed in the evening, most children are expected to leave by 7pm or so, this is of course at your discretion.
