More children in the north west of engurland have been targeted by camera phone bullies than anywhere else in the country. Up to 14 per cent of youngsters in the region, who took part in a recent survey, said they have been the subject of threatening or embarrassing pictures taken on mobile phones, compared to a country-wide average of 10 per cent.
