Aonghus Hourihane, UCD SU President, hated by students and activists

Aonghus Hourihane is well known as one of the most right-wing student 'leaders' in the country. Over the past number of weeks this hatred has grown far deeper.

Aonghus Hourihane is a hate figure among most students in UCD, and beyond. Throughout the sutudent movement he is well known for his "back slapping and back stabbing". The following are grievences that many have with him.

1. He's a loyal member of Fianna Fáil
2. His hatred of anything to the left of the Labour Party (he hates Labour too)
3. His Machievellian approach to SU politics
4. He appoints his cronies to positions such as Accomadation officer.
5. He is homophobic
6. He gave the Gardaí information on protesters that were assaulted at RTS in May
7. He, and his FF cronies, are in control of a number of Societies that act as FF covergroups (eg. F1 Soc, PhilSoc, C&E)
8. At the time of the last election these societies campaigned for him illegally.
9. His hair cut, his head is like a badgers arse.
10. He wants to go for a 3rd term
11. He is liar
12. He's from Offally
13. He gets loyal support from the Agricultural Science Faculty
14. He's even hated within FF in UCD, the Hourihane and Tierney-Crowe factions hate each other.
