When Dicey summarised the principle of parliamentary sovereignty he wrote: "Parliament can do everything but make a woman a man and a man a woman." Alas, thanks to the European Court of Human Rights, that's no longer true.

It's increasingly clear the virus leaked from a lab in Wuhan. But could it have been made in the USA? Will Jones suggests the behaviour of the Chinese Government before and after the sequence was published gives us a clue.

a little update on how things are going.

the german black and red and green blocks have been working like little blue block flies to deal with election democracy stuff over there.
The loonydeners have been partying hard all night and have with the aid of long molecules soled all the problems of western civilisation (ask sparty-dude) they´ve very succesfully swapped lots of info on the nasty going-ons in the genetic industry an industry that holds valuable personel and data resources in Ireland at DCU and TCD.
Strange how a few paid people can effect the destiny and genetic inheritance of the whole bio-sphere no?
Which is why long ago we started saying Reclaim the Genome.
But most people didn´t listen.
´coz its nasty marriage of capitalist and scientific speculation.
Thats not new I´ve said it lots.
Hello my little panda bear!
do you recall our little chat about higher mathematics and files pùblished in IReland under the 1916 library Act on prime number algorythms and stuff?
I know it was years ago.
I was wearing the swedish yellow coat.
Anyway Ireland has the largest prime numbers.
under your hoof so to speak.
The wombles have been sighted too.
very fine.
Blue block you don´t see them.
they´re under ground you see.
Icelandics thank you for the echelon box thing.
Lovely country Iceland.
ask the geneticists at DCU and TCD.
that Björk, lovely nose lovely girl.
The chief executive of Bhopal looks like he is beginning to consider what is meant by corporative guilt.
slowly slowly slowly.
If we don´t get you someone else will.

The people of Argentina are still managing to put food in their mouths nine months on.
how do they do that?
how would you if € pulled the plug?

The people of Jerusulam and Tel Aviv indymedia are having a little difficulty getting their stuff on western alphabet screens, but they´re tired of being terrified by monstrous lies.

The japanese are being quite busy too.
Lovely people the japanese.

People in Portland USA (never confuse them with the Seattle crew) are talking serious bike theory.

I just heard a cool hip-hop band from Senegal an album called VIRUS
apparantly its got something to with a billion people with AIDS and medicines still have patenting.
(You can get a catalogue from)
Koulgraoul Music shop CD et K7,
8 Rue A. Fall xksy
Saint Louis Nord.
Senegal.

I´ve no ideas where to get free health products from do you?

and the blue block in Dublin are well involved in the 21st century.
Oh one for the Irish red block, who sold out the Dubliners in 1913? Unison or indymedia?

no prizes for the answer there.
Meantime I´ve been all over the place.
alien detainee centres in France,
dodgy nuclear sites by the sea,
up a tree for an unhealthy length of time,
in the vatican once for a chat,
bounced around cyberspace,
playing with the molesworth block for my passport and neutrality, thank you a lot for the help!
in the phoenix park once being questioned by Garda Whiteacre, lovely man, thanks for the twix.
walking into Westminster Square 2000 May 1 with a healthy secion of privet hedge in an Indian duty free bag.
Whatever did all that mean?

But one thing I´ll tell yuo is ,
the north americans have very good teeth don´t they?
ok
I´ll tell you a few things,
We have the solutions.
and very few demands.
but one is remove all living organisms from the patent registers.
very simple.
then we move on to intellectual property and drugs.
oh yeh drugs.
And stop killing us with cars.
And stop lieing to us with Television.
Becuase most of the people who really matter neither read nor write.
We had to explain things to them using chalk.
Chalk is lovely.
It comes from very deep underground.
Most cities are built on chalk.
oh I´m a satirist by the way.
you could buy me off someday by offering me a real job couldn´t you?
ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha.

oh and there´s a lovely photo of winona Ryder on indymedia barcelona with her shoplifted frock.
lovely girl Winona.
the story is on Yomango international Sept20.
I love everyone.
heart and mind.

one of the first people I met who might have been a womble.
(I intend to publish soon a guide for Irish readers so that they may know if they are wombles or have been)
ANyway she was in her sixties.
grey haired woman.
Her husband was the retired and late professor of Surgery at Guys and St Thomas´ hospital London.
When not wearing a white boiler suit and mask and protesting illegaly high levels of car exhaust poison under waterloo bridge she hosted thinktank meetings for New Labour Lambeth.
I know becuase I was invited.
Now SCUP aren´t RTS
they´re a different bunch of people.
and they´re are many womble tribes.

on the plains of earth
and face each other
and sing songs
and laugh
and say
Isn´t it nice the really really really evil people have gone.
Isn´t it a pity they didn´t know what was awaiting them.
= we really have a lot of work to do.
