Good Friday walk along Shell's proposed pipeline route

The annual Good Friday walk of the pipeline route will be held this Friday, the 6th of April.

We’ll be setting off from Shell’s compound at Glengad at midday and walking along the road which is being used inappropriately as a haulage route. The walk will be 2.5 miles to the Aughoose compound where Shell is preparing the ground to launch their tunnel boring machine. All are welcome to come and show solidarity with the community in Erris and all those affected by Shell’s work worldwide. Refreshments will be served.
