The Irish Neutrality Campaign (facebook.com/IrishNeutrality) are hosting a Public Rally on Wednesday 20th 11am at Cork City Hall. We are asking Cork City Council to BAN visits by any NATO warships and to uphold the policy of Irish neutrality, the Lord Mayor has been invited. The rally takes place outside CITY HALL from 11am on 20th July (Wednesday). All who love peace and reject warmongering are invited to attend. Organised by the ‘Irish Neutrality Campaign’ the rally is opposing efforts to drag us into either an EU Army or NATO itself. read full story / add a comment

Statement on Cops at Dublin Pride On the 25th of June, while Gardai were marching in the Dublin Pride Parade and being celebrated by corporate and liberal gays, we decided to ruin their party. Companies and cops have no place in Pride. Large parts of our community still face attacks from Gardai on a daily basis. They are complicit, if not the key player, in our oppression, yet are invited to march in a parade that is rooted in a struggle against them. Have you forgotten Stonewall? We have not. This is why, on the 25th of June, we welcomed them with smoke bombs and flares. He is charged with organising 2 marches against the lockdown last in June & July 2021. These summons were delivered to him while under arrest & locked up last month, for objecting to the NATO warships in Cork. This amounts to POLITICAL POLICING. He broke no laws, he was peaceful & respectful at all times. Basic Human & Civil Rights are not respected in Ireland, not when the state is the abuser! read full story / add a comment |
