It was great gas in Galway on Friday 14th Nov, exposing the Great Gas Giveaway of 1992, when Bertie Ahern and Ray Burke handed over not only the Corrib Gasfield to Shell Oil but the Erris Peninsula as well. read full story / add a comment

Today at Shannon peace activists flew in from Dublin and Germany, drove from Cork and L:imerick to attend a peace vigil at Shannon in solidarity with a European day of action against European complicity with unlawful wars in Iraq and Afghanistan, and the US torture rendition programme. read full story / add a comment
