A clampdown on Dublin's niteclubs is on the way. The move, which is set to come into effect on Wednesday, will force all niteclubs to close 1.30am. DUBLIN – September 24, 2004 – The Irish Seas Nuclear Free Flotilla (ISNFF) will stage a peaceful protest on October 3 in Dublin, opposing a plutonium shipment from the U.S. that is currently bound for France and due to pass within 150 miles of Ireland’s south coast, breaching the nation’s Exclusive Economic Zone (EEZ) of 200 miles.
