Rather than head off to their respective homes for the Xmas break, a group of out of town activists based in Galway procrastinated the sweet inevitable for a day in order to bear witness to suffering Palestine. An information table was manned outside Lynch's castle,Shop st, where flyers on Israel's Apartheid Wall were handed out to passing pedestrians. The peak experience of the day was Khaled from Palestine,chancing upon us and visiting serious heartening appreciation on our efforts after joining us for the remainder of our five hour stint. read full story / add a comment
