The Easter Lily which is worn by Irish Republicans throughout the Easter period is a symbol of remembrance for Ireland’s patriot dead and all Easter Lily collections are used for the upkeep and maintenance of Republican graves and monuments. The Lisbon Treaty was rejected by Irish voters last year, amidst the backdrop of an inept Government, a No campaign run by vested interests and a general level of ignorance as regards content of the Treaty. These are the reasons why we should vote Yes, why we shouldn't trust No campaigners and how the Lisbon Treaty is our ticket to a more transparent and democratic Europe, with Ireland at the centre of a stronger EU. read full story / add a comment
