A Labour party councillor has attacked a group for picketing the clinic of a Fianna Fail TD.

Cllr Aodhan Ó Riordain said that in his view, pickets held outside the clinics of Fianna Fail public representatives are not a legitimate form of protest. The Irish Doctors' Environmental Association (IDEA) and the European network, Health and Environment Alliance have asked candidates in the Euro Election if they commit to a number of objectives related to improving people’s health and wellbeing through a better environoment. Having studied the issues, Joe Higgins informed these groups that their proposals were closely in line with his and the Socialist Party’s views.

The Alliance for Animal Rights (AFAR) is horrified that a CONVICTED serial animal abuser in County Limerick is apparently running for a Council seat in the Adare area elections. Richard Smith,(48) a dairy farmer and also owner of Company Richie Tryes on the Kilmallock Road* is hoping people will vote him in as a Councillor in Adare. A woman in her late 20-ies opens the door to the hotel Firouzeh in central Tehran. She is dressed in blue jeans and a purple hijab covering her faultless shape. Headscarf which is supposed to cover her hair is struggling to stay somewhere on the back of her head.

We bring you more good news! The European Union have just announced that they are to ban the trade in seal products into Europe. This good news comes amid fierce opposition from the Canadian government whom have been sending countless delegations to Europe in order to lobby Ministers and MEP’s. Their campaign has been built on lies and bullying tactics. Today’s news will now mean that once the legislation comes into force, it will be illegal to sell or trade in seal products from countries such as Canada where the cruel commercial seal hunt takes place—thus cutting off a major market for seal skins read full story / add a comment
