Thousands cheered as the women of the Shell to Sea campaign set off in great numbers to race around Dublin in the mini-marathon today. There was no stopping the tireless fighters for justice as they got free massages before setting out. Shell security staff huddled in Corrib House on Leeson Street as the fearless campaigners thundered past. While supporters of charities and hospitals looked on aghast, the Shell to Sea contingent quickly strode to the front, and established a dominating lead over the field.
