Recently in the Supreme Court, Kevin Tracey, a lay litigant, won two important cases against the Irish State and Courts Service. In one case [2016] he was co-prosecutor with his wife Karen, in the other [2019] he was alone. But for the sole reason that he was a lay litigant, he got no costs awarded for his time and labour. Only solicitors and barristers are allowed costs when they win. The rulings not to allow him costs for time and labour were made in the Supreme Court on 25 June 2021. Their hands are tied by Irish legislation. In Canada however lay litigants are awarded such costs. One of the reasons given for this by the Canadian judges was based on Equity. A Bandon, Co Cork, grandmother, Margaret Buttimer was sentenced to 3 months in prison today after she was convicted by a court for having the courage to stand up against the ridiculous mask rules and refusing to wear one of the useless and ineffective masks in a SuperValu on June 25th and again July 1st. The science for decades has shown the masks are ineffective and there is no science despite what the government and Big Tech say behind the flimsy justifications for these. The sole purpose of the masks is to maintain the fear levels in the population so that they can keep their dictatorial powers and continue with rolling lockdowns and restrictions all in an effort to usher in the totalitarian state which is well in progress now that governments everywhere are rolling out so called vaccine passports which will be needed for everything you might ever do. ... read full story / add a comment

The key witness in a case the US govt has against Julian Assange and for which he could have faced a jail term of 175 years and the alleged reason why the British government have held him in a high security prison for the last two years, has come forward to admit it is all based on lies. The person is a fraudster but was briefly involved in raising money for Wikileaks and used the opportunity to embezzle money from them. The person in question is from Iceland. The whole saga reveals how the FBI used the Icelandic govt as part of their efforts to entrap Assange. This news means there is no case anywhere against Assange and he should be released immediately. The British govt who regularly bang on about human rights and the lack of free press in other countries has been denying Assange's freedom for years now and their own mainstream press have not made much effort to fight for his cause. ... read full story / add a comment

A video made by an Irish couple who were returning home from abroad and were forced to book and pay upfront for one of the prison like quarantine hotels has gone viral outside of the mainstream news. They were told when they were trying to get back to Ireland they would not be allowed board the flight unless they had booked into one of the quarantine hotels. In this instance it was the Red Cow Inn, just off the Naas Road near the M50 Red Cow Inn interchange. The conditions are appalling and and many people are suicidal in them and they are a major untold scandal. It turns out that they discovered that neither the hotel staff nor the government had the authority to keep them there even though most people forced to stay in them are NOT made aware of this fact. An apparent secret memo from Neil Ferguson to the UK SAGE group appears to lay out a plan for permanent lockdowns and is indeed very sinister. It is so f**king evil one would automatically think it has to be fake and lets hope it is. However if any of what is said in the memo comes to pass then we know the plan has merit. Ano Turtiainen, member of Parliament of Finland, gave a straight speech on June 9, 2021 about possible COVID vaccine genocide going on in Finland. There is now a weekly protest against this Covid nonsense every Saturday in London which draw large crowds. Last Saturday's was no different and drew hundreds of thousands as evident from the pictures and some reports suggesting up to one million. The "gardai" should be renamed the GESTAPO or the STASI These people signed to protect People, their rights and the Constitution. And what are they doing? On Saturday night at 3:30am the man, Pat Sweeney, who filmed Garda breaking up a mass in a church in Athlone just one week ago, was woken by Garda at the end of his bed to find they were taking him to Longford Garda station there and then because they were "concerned" about his health. It turns out they were using powers under the Mental Health Act to imply he was not well and that his kids were somehow at risk. In the video / audio of the event, you can hear the Garda say in response to his question -"where are my kids" -that they are being taken into care by TUSLA who have farmed them out to someone else. This is a new low for the government and represents a scandalous abuse of power to target a man who happened to expose their evil and criminal ways the previous week.
