Smoggie Queens shows how far BBC comedy has fallen, says Steven Tucker. Let's be honest, there's only one reason the corporation made this awful TV programme, and it's certainly not because it's funny.

Support need. Striking US Prisoners and wikileaks.

category international | rights, freedoms and repression | news report author Sunday December 12, 2010 13:13author by john throne - Facts For Working Peopleauthor email loughfinn at aol dot com Report this post to the editors

Please take the time. Solidarity with striking prisoners and wikileaks.

Please take your time to send support to the inspiring movement of prisoners in the state of Georgis. And please take your time to back up wikileaks as capitalism tries to crush it in its publication of the systems dirty secrets and lies.

Georgia Prisoners. Wikileaks. Do not forget. Send all the support you can.
Some of us will be off work or studies today. But do not forget we have other work to do.

GEORGIA PRISONERS.

Sisters and Brothers the Georgia prisoners need your support. Send it. Check out our previous post and send phone calls and emails to the addresses provided. Phone calls are especially good but both are best. And please send the call for support far and wide and please send your message of support to the addresses of all the organizers so they can let the prisoners know they are not alone. Brothers and Sisters please act on this. This is an inspiring and potentially break through development here in the US gulag with its two million prisoners. Imagine if we were able to help bring this about.

WIKILEAKS.

Sisters and Brothers wikileaks needs your continuing support. We need to keep this coming and step it up. Keep supporting the publication of the wikileaks information by spreading it far and wide, support the struggle by backing up the wikileaks material on to your hard drives for safe keeping, send financial aid to help wikileaks and Assange and Manning fight back, and become part of the Anonymous movement and help discuss how best to take the struggle forward. The wikileaks exposure of capitalism's dirty deeds has weakened capitalism. It is of historical significance as it represents the new technology and the Internet leaping out of the controls that capitalism wants to put on it and getting into the hands of whoever wants to use it to expose what is going on. Capitalism cannot tolerate everybody knowing what it does in their names. The exposures of wikileaks is a very good thing.

Sisters and Brothers please take time today and act on these two causes.

Sean.
