A multiple marathoner will dedicate his run in the Chicago Marathon, October 22, 2006, in support of the families of Irish Republican political prisoners.
George Cuddy, a member of the Boston MA Kerins/O'Neill Cumann of the Irish Freedom Committee, has pledged 100% of sponsored donations for his run in the marathon to the Irish Freedom Committee Direct Support© program for the families of Irish Republican political prisoners.
Several months of grueling mental and physical training will culminate in the 26.2 mile run on Sunday October 22, 2006. George Cuddy is still seeking sponsors to his efforts, which can be pledged through an online PayPal account at his blog at:
