I downloaded that file but can only seem to hear sounds. Anyone got any advice on what the problem might be.

I think there was a message about mp4 or something too.

Most films that are available on the net come in about 700mb for 90min (8mb per minute) and just fit on a single blank cd.

Anything significantly lower than 8mb per minute and the quality starts to suffer
