![]() Stop Day of action in support of the oppressed villages of Daechuri and Doduri in South Korea. Today, June 4th, is an international day of action in support of the villages of Daechuri and Doduri in South Korea, occupied by thousands of military and police who have destroyed the elementary school, (the centre of resistance), and other buildings. The villagers remain, but have been ordered to leave and handed eviction notices. All of this is for the planned expansion of "Camp Humphreys" a US military base located near the village. The village is surrounded by thousands of troops and police and has been sealed off by barbed wire. Action in support of the villagers is planned across South Korea. Help to stop this atrocities committed by a client state of the US. Write to the South Korean embassy to express your outrage, sign the petition, help spread the word by e-mail to others. |
