Jump To Comment: 2 1I am involved in a number of issues relating to unconstitutional behaviour. This unconstitutional behaviour even extends up to the High Court. But when one enters an Article 40 in open Court, it becomes the Jugde's imperative to enter an inquiry on the issue,(they are sworn to do so under Article 34-5) i.e. uphold the Constitution and it's Laws-'may God direct and sustain me.'It is the Judge's Constitutional duty to do so and your Constitutional right that this Civil Servant acts accordingly.
But. You must do it yourself. Not a Barrister/Solicitor/...sworn officer of the Court, to maintain the status quo - Unconstitutional behaviour, drive you off your Land etc. to make the few even more richer.
Do contact me on the issue. It's time we reverse the headache.
