Jump To Comment: 1 2 3 4 5Folks might like to know that the ANSWER Coalition is associated with the Workers' World Party (I say "associated with" because I feel like being nice; I could easily say "front group for") . They have a reputation for ruling the protests they arrange with an iron fist and then taking the credit for other people's work (David Rovics wrote a song about them: http://members.aol.com/drovics/vanl.htm).

...the not-so-surprising news that former attorney general and current wingbat Ramsey Clarke has signed on to the defense team of one Saddam Hussein.
Everyone, including war criminals, deserve proper legal defense. And I’m not being sarcastic.
What’s meaningful about this development – at least to me—is that Clarke is also co-founder and often chief spokesman and human face for International ANSWER , the grouplet that has headed up most of the large anti-war rallies of the past few years.
Meaningful, but as I said above, not surprising. ANSWER is, in turn, the creation of a cultish-stalinist group called the Workers World Party.
