NATO OTAN has lots of bases some are air bases, others are naval bases. The USAF also has bases which are described as being NATO OTAN bases but they don't share anything with anyone else ever unless it's bombs and torture guidelines.

Catalans produce more propaganda per capita than any other member nation of the UN. The average Catalan producing a whopping 35kg of posters, pamphlets and sticky lables a year!
the USA is one Catalanland's primary allies, and is hopeful of helping these forgotten people fully re-arm their military force called "lmaulets".
