Wednesday July 30, 2003 15:26 by Deirdre Clancy - Fairview against the War/Catholic Worker dee_clancy at yahoo dot co dot uk 086 151 2013
![]() Just a reminder that tonight at 8:00 upstairs in Smyth's pub in Fairview, Tim Hourigan is speaking about the ongoing use of shannon as a pit stop for the U.S. war machine, and there will also be a representative from the boycott Top Oil campaign speaking. This meeting is well worth attending, as Tim has been monitoring the planes going through shannon very carefully, and is an invaluable source of information on this subject. It's also important that the movement ups the ante on the campaign to boycott Top Oil. I encourage people to attend this meeting of the Fairview anti-war group - all are welcome. |
