Here follows the complete text of the 43rd President of the USA "state of the Union" address to the institutions of government of the emergent democracy of the North America. It is important and of Irish interest for several reasons, which can be summarised thusly- the USA is an important trade partner of the EU and Ireland. We do a lot of business with them. Most of the citizens of the USA speak a dialect of English which we can readily misunderstand.
