The Gardai are being placed in a position where the whole responsibility of road safety is being placed on their shoulders and supported by the Road Safety Authority. According to Bertie, we re all to blame for the carnage so stand back and be prepared to be wipped and later fined for such blatent abuse of our road traffic regulations.
