In releases giving to the media on the 28th of November, in which Road Tax was discussed, Minister Brian Dempsey's tone suggested that the Road Tax exemption, that allows people to take their car off the road, was being used willy - nilly by people who had left the country for a period of time and then returned to start re-using the vehicle. Iceland looks to set to name and shame their top 3 maladministrators for economic negligence.
