TG4 have recorded a piece on our activities at Lunar Samhain. It features my daughter Jessica and many face painted Druids, student druids and friends and has an interview with myself in Irish. There are some nice aerial shots of tara and of our sacred firebox on Tlachtga and again on tara. I made their permission to record our ceremonies dependant on including my position on the forced troll road through the high valley between tara and Skryne. Today I saw the final edit and gave my approval. You can see this footage at "An Tauth Nua" on Thursday, the 12th of Jan at 8pm and again on Sunday, the 15th of Jan at 8:30pm. Give them your feedback - it will encourage them to further break the reporting blockade of the "corrupt government". read full story / add a comment

The economic boom in Ireland and the construction boom that has come alongside it has led to a growth in the importance of environmental campaigns. There has frequently been a large gap between the environmentalists involved in such campaigns and the left - including anarchists. Sean, one of the 'Carrickminders' and now a member of the WSM gives his view on what can be learnt from the recent struggles. read full story / add a comment

All those involved in the campaign to save tara are disturbed by the information on Brian Duffy, Chief State Archaeologist, as revealed by Frank McDonald (Irish Times, 5th December, 2005). Disturbed but not particularly surprised. Once again the credentials of a government advisor are questioned and questionable. read full story / add a comment

The United States are governed by Opus Dei members who seized power in a coup d’etat. Cheney is involved with Haliburton, Kellog, Root and Brown (9) who intend to build the M3 double troll road through the high valley (known in Ireland as the Gabhra Valley) and this will make big money for the Irish leg of Opus Dei who also own a big slice of this same valley. read full story / add a comment

Some do not want to remember those who died during WW1 while fighting in the British Army. But it should be remembered that many of them were economic conscripts and many others were duped into joining the BA by John Redmond. Remember all of those who fell, be they Irish, Scottish, Welsh, English, Turkish, French, German Austrians, Russians or Anzacs. Wear a Peace Poppy. *************************************** The Royal Dublin Fusiliers at Gallipoli This is the first in a series of historic exhibitions at the Royal Hospital Kilmainham, relating to the history of the Royal Dublin Fusiliers. read full story / add a comment
