The Dublin Shell to Sea Table Quiz is organised for Thursday the 13th of July in Doyle's Pub (opposite Trinity College, near Pearse Street Garda Station). It runs from 8pm to 11pm and teams of 4 will compete in ten rounds of questions. Residents in the locality have been warned that a dangerous, experimental raw quiz is planned to be installed in the area. The questions will be odourless, and at many times the pressure of a normal quiz. In the event of raffle, everyone in the audience might win a prize.

And on foot of that attractive advertisement, I bravely went.............. read full story / add a comment

Today's Sunday Tribune had a delightful story about anarchist squatters on leeson street finally being evicted after years of being the centre of the anarchist/anti-capitalist community. Great story except the house has been deserted since april 2004 when police harrassment in the build up to Mayday 2004 forced the occupants to seek other accommodation. It had been occupied for around 9months. read full story / add a comment

They have been overtly and covertly protecting international criminals as they pass through Shannon airport. read full story / add a comment
