There was a hearing today in the High Court to set a trial date for the Catholic Worker 5 as a result of their action at Shannon Airport last February. However as the gardai had not yet completed the preparations for the prosecutions the hearing was adjourned until October with no date set for the trial. Before today's hearing there was a demonstration in support of the group. It started at the Spike and then moved single file to the Four Courts. read full story / add a comment |
