A very good humoured critical mass event went off today with about 200 cyclists taking to the streets. The cycle went past Dail Eireann (booing an emerging silver mercedes which obviously had a FF look about it) and returned at leisurely pace to O'Connell St.. read full story / add a comment

Following censorship of my earlier posts on Indymedia.ie, at 9:55pm tonight March 26th I was threatened in a telephone call by someone claiming message deletion authority on Indymedia.ie that I "better be carefull." On the 19th of March 2003, as American and English troops prepared an offensive on Iraq, a banner was put up across  a railway bridge on the North Strand Road. The 40 foot banner in white on black  reads "NO U.S. TERROR." At either end there is a map of Ireland made from the American flag. This banner is still up. read full story / add a comment
