If passed into legislation, it represents a major assault on all our constitutional rights. This column has no political allegiance and is concerned with the interests of disabled people and the contribution they can make to the wider community. Get this. Andrew Gilligan from the evening standard, who exposed the dodgy dossier was caught infiltrating the anarchist assembly. Amazingly few people recognised him. Once outedrecording the meeting - his bag was confiscated and his notes taken after a melee stopping him leaving the building.
