The Mahon Tribunal Report exposes endemic corruption in public life which was very evident for many years. Bertie Ahern had to deal with corruption surrounding the Charles Haughey era and now Micheal Martin has to deal with the corruption surrounding the Bertie Ahern era. The question is - is Micheal Martin going to break the systemic line of corruption or will the next leader of FF be dealing with his corruption? The most disturbing endemic corruption in this country is what happens to hundreds of people sucked into the legal system and it needs to be dealt with immediately. It is far more important as peoples lives are being detroyed. No ones life has been detroyed or will be destroyed with regard to the Mahon Report Corruption. read full story / add a comment

Following his Requisition for a Sworn Publin Enquiry into Corruption in Ireland on the 28 Jan 2012 Daniel Doherty was jailed on the 24 Feb 2012, once again without any summons or court hearing. This has happened to him on at least 7 occasions and has been done to keep him quiet. Minister Shatter you have a lot of work to do to clear up the corruption in the legal and justice system. As new details emerge which show that eight armed undercover British soldiers were targeting Sam Marshall at the time of his death in March 1990, a book to be launched this week will reveal further details. The murdered man's relatives say , "As a result of information and facts concerning Sam’s killing which we have discovered in recent times, we are now convinced that members of British state forces, including British military intelligence and the Special Branch, were directly involved in the planning and commission of his murder. Kevin Tracey has legitimately complained for years about the atrocious abuse he has been so wrongly subjected to by the gardai only since he obtained a full legal planning permission to build a new house next door to a Judge, which was taken away from him through the courts. He has ample evidence that this same Judge instigated malicious charges against him through his friends in the gardai, principally at Ballyfermot. In fact Kevin has proved in the District Court that these 31 charges were maliciously concocted by the gardai, dpp and the courts service. read full story / add a comment

We Need To Be the Change that we want, we can complain all day long but that will achieve nothing, we need to take direct action against these bullies, these criminals, if we are too scared to do it for ourselves then we should do it for our children, any parent worth their salt would do whatever it takes to protect their child and that is exactly how we need to see this situation, what are we doing to protect our kids from what is being taken from them now and what will be increasingly taken from them as they grow up? read full story / add a comment

RNU have expressed dismay and concern at the sick antics of the Maghaberry administration who have again used the plight of seriously ill POW Tony Taylor to confuse and cause maximum distress to his wife and family. Yesterday afternoon, Tony (who suffers from injuries he sustained in an explosion in the early 90s), was taken from Maghaberry Gaol to an outside hospital after a severe infection caused his right arm to swell at an alarming rate. Tony who is on full dirty protest in Roe House, lost his spleen in the explosion and had his body peppered with shrapnel which is still present, this makes him vulnerable to infection as his immune system is particularly compromised. Infections if left untreated can lead to blood poisoning and in Tony’s case can prove fatal. read full story / add a comment

Kevin Tracey is recuperating from an illness and while he is ill four national newspapers have taken a motion to have his libel case against them struck out. The reasons given by them which are all too common is striking out bona fide cases are that his case is unsustainable, bound to fail and/or frivolous or vexatious. There is no ground taken by them that Kevin Tracey’s case be struck out for “want of prosecution”, due to inactivity on the case due to his illness. This was the previous ground used for striking out six other cases taken by Kevin Tracey for damages against the State where it had been proven that Kevin Tracey had been wrongfully and maliciously prosecuted.

Most people from Belfast are aware that the young wife (36) of a well known Belfast Irish republican died this week in tragic circumstances by accident. The night of her death the PSNI known locally as the British Gestapo pulled up outside the home of her husband. The PSNI began to blast the horn of their car and when he and his extended family looked out their window, the British gestapo PSNI officers began to simulate hanging actions, with there tongues hanging out and sneering at them. The angry family had to restrain the husband from going out to them.
