In September 2008, AIMSI (Association for Improvement in Maternity Services Ireland) ran an electronic survey asking women a number of questions and for their comments relating to their experience of “rooming in” in Irish maternity hospitals. Roadstone has beeen given the go-ahead to quarry the Hill of Allen for the next 50 years without planning permission.
