The fourth plenary meeting/gathering of anti-war activists took place in the Teachers' Club, Parnell Square, Dublin between 2.30pm and 5.30pm on Saturday, 10 June. The meeting was facilitated by Deirdre Clancy of the Pitstop Ploughshares and Anti-War Ireland.

An hilarious attempt was made to knock over the 60ft spy pole in the cabbage patch park off Kevin St. tonight. Thousands cheered as the women of the Shell to Sea campaign set off in great numbers to race around Dublin in the mini-marathon today.

There was no stopping the tireless fighters for justice as they got free massages before setting out.

Shell security staff huddled in Corrib House on Leeson Street as the fearless campaigners thundered past.

While supporters of charities and hospitals looked on aghast, the Shell to Sea contingent quickly strode to the front, and established a dominating lead over the field.
