Come and help build the new camp this weekend!
The Rossport Solidarity camp work weekend is the 19th and 20th March, thats THIS WEEKEND!
We need help to get the camp set up before next week to create a good base for continual action against Shells work.
Shell have started their initial work at Glengad. We are calling for people to come up and take action and so we need to build a camp to accomadate as many people as possible.
We have started by building a communal bender, but loads more work is needed to get the camp ready. If you have experience or not all are welcome!
See you soon,
Love from Rossport solidarity camp

Jump To Comment: 1I'm assuming that the camp location is now somewhere around Aughoose, rather than the previous Glengad sites.
It would probably have been a good idea to include a map on whatever camp literature there was this year. particularly for people who've never been to the area.
I'm aware of one vehicle recently that wound up in Rossport while looking for the camp house & if the solidarity camp is retaining that part of its name you might want to warn people of the differentiation in location.
See you tomorrow.
I've spread word about as far as I can after seing this this morning.
