Sat 30th Oct 7.30pm : Poetry and Music on the Hill of tara.

To celebrate the ancient Celtic festival of Samhain, Poets and Musicians will gather at the Hill of tara as in days of old to honour the ancestral spirits, the land and the history and mythology of tara in poetry and song.

Headlining the night is famous Harpist Laoise Kelly and Celtic Poet Roibeard Mc Elroy along with John Farrelly and tara's Bard Kyrie Murray who will be launching his new book " Summer Solstice". Also confirmed are Fia Rua, a Galway Folk Guitarist/Singer/Songwriter and the melodic voice of Laura Martin an up an coming new talent to the Irish Scene.

Open Mike after 9.30pm Poets and Musicians welcome with all acts to finish by 11pm. THIS IS A NO ALCOHOL- FAMILY FRIENDLY EVENT.
