Say NO to Foreshore licence

Gormley was quite happy to not grant a foreshore licence for the Poolbeg incinerator in his own constituency, but seems set to allow Shell to put the health and safety of the community in Erris at risk and destroy a Special Area of Conservation. If Gormley is seeking to renegotiate on Poolbeg and withhold the granting of a foreshore licence, why can't he do the same with Shell?

Minister for the Environment, Heritage and Local Government at Planning Policy and
Legislation Unit, Department of the Environment, Heritage and Local Government, Newtown Road, Wexford, Co. Wexford or by email to
foreshore@environ.ie (Quoting Ref: MS56/18).
The closing date for the receipt of written submissions, comments or questions is therefore
17:30 on 30th August 2010. There is no cost.
