Marwan Barghouthi, accused by Israelis of leading the Palestinian uprising, has gone on trial in Tel Aviv. Barghouthi, who had been considered a potential successor to Yasser Arafat, is being tried in on charges of "murder" and attempted "murder".

Marwan will face summary justice from racist zionist judges; these "courts" seem to be mdelled on the Hitler era nazi peoples courts. He will be allowed no proper legal representation. Lawyers who act for palestinians are regularly harassed & even imprisoned. Defence witnesses often disappear or are arrested & shot while trying to escape.

He is accused of heading up the al-Aqsa Martyrs Brigades, a militant group which has been blamed for suicide bombings and a series of other attacks since the year 2,000. Yasser Arafat's Fatah movement has described the trial as a 'political show'.

What really bothers the zionists is that far from being a murderer; Marwan has proved to be a great resistance leader. The al-Aqsa Martyrs Brigades have taken on the zionist terror machine and left it reeling. They have also killed many armed settlers.

If Marwan is a criminal then so are those zionist generals who send out jets to bomb appartment blocks and tanks to maschinegun stonethrowing children.
