Hi !
A ballad session to raise funds for Na Fianna Éireann will be held in the 79'r pub in Ballyfermot , Dublin , on Saturday 6th February 2010.
Well-known local balladeer Pato Cullen will be joined on stage by some of his friends in what promises to be a fantastic night. The doors open at 9pm , admission per person is €5 and a raffle for various Irish Republican items will be held on the night.
All Welcome !
Thanks,

Hi !
This NFÉ fund-raiser went ahead as planned last night (and this morning!) [Sat/Sun 6th/7th Feb 2010] , with six musical acts taking to the stage at (mostly!) different times throughout the night/morning , and 12 raffle prizes won during the gig.
Chairs had to be 'borrowed' from the downstairs bar and an extra book of raffle tickets had to be sourced in a hurry !
More info and a few pics at the 'Related Link' below.
Thanks!
Sharon.

Sharon your a star. Keep up the great work and dont let the begrudgers get you down. Was the minutes silence for Thomas Mc Giolla well received?

Hi Redundant Republican !
Me ? A "Star" ? Then I should have been on the stage , not just in the audience. I'll certainly demand my proper place at the next gig!
And you don't get me down at all , RR - I enjoy our wee chats , even if we do have more than a "minutes silence" in between them!
Now off with you and do something useful , you rogue you.....
Thanks!
Sharon.
