Congress (ICTU) held a Trade Union Protest at the Dail on December 15th against the savage Government pay cuts.
Photo essay from Molesworth Street on a cold and rainy Tuesday night in Dublin in December
Thousands turned out for a bizarrely brief protest against the Fianna Faíl/ Green Party Budget which was an unmitigated attack on the Public Sector and those in receipt of Social Welfare payments. After attendees were thanked for turning up contingents from different trade unions including Impact, CPSU, and members of the Fire Brigade Service marched up to the front gates of the Daíl and protested until 8pm.
