Spanish nationalist government outlaws basque parties, arrests hundreds of left and pro-independence militants, uses his police and military officers aganist basque democratic right to self-determination.

Spanish parties conservative PP and PSOE, who are a minority, rule in the basque conutry thanks to antidemocratic election based on apartheid laws against pro-independence forces, but they are still a minority and they will be expelled when the basque people could decide in democracy.
