Video: Anarchist Panther Dublin

In March Ashanti Alston, a former member of the Black Panther Party and a Black Liberation Army solider, came to Ireland to speak at the Dublin anarchist bookfair. This is the video of his presentation. In it he talks about his experiences in the Black Panthers and BLA, the lessons he draws from them and what he thinks of revolutionary politics in Ireland.

Ashanti talks about his attempt to break BLA comrades out of a New York jail and the influence reading about Irish republicanism had on him in prision as well as how he bacame an anarchist.

The video looks great and really well put together but it's stalling at 23:33 for me and won't play anything further on than this. Anyone else having this problem?

If you register with vimeo it gives you the option of download the file. Video will be available on archive.org soon and other streaming players
