Naoise Ó Mongain, Maura Harrington's husband, is handing in a letter to the Norwegian ambassador on Thursday 26th March at 1.00PM at the Norwegian Embassy on Molesworth Street (just across the road from the passport office).
Naoise will be joined at the Norwegian Embassy by Senator David Norris and other political representatives.
The letter is to ask the ambassador to appraise his government of the fact that people are still being imprisoned in relation to the disputed scheme to install a production pipeline on land in County Mayo. Norway is implicated in this scheme throught the involvement of the state oil company, STATOILHYDRO.
