Cookie:
"Anyone notice that sampler has been cut. Although 5 episodes were made it has been cut after 2 weeks. The repeat on Sunday was not even shown!! Something to do with an Inside production despute.

"Anyone got anymore info on it? Its a shame that the only half decent programme on RTE gets cut. But whats new!!"

redrum:
"It is a crying shame - I heard that someone in rte decided it was made too cheaply and that these progs should have a buget to justify an increase in the Licence fee."

3.14159:
"Did RTE have their hands slapped for showing up a bunch of batton charging tossers?"

david:
"RTE seems to be anti-digitally made productions as well. union issues i believe. Sounds ridiculous.

"If the programme is an independent production they should take their projects elsewhere. I'm sure TV3 would be more open minded.

"Back to marty whelan gameshow's and US soaps."

they got there wrist slapped for using non-unionised external contract type workers, far too creative to be tied down by inhouse agreed industrial practices & procedures.
