Belfast: Picket in solidarity with anarchist hungerstriker Amadeu Casellas

Belfast WSM and Anarchist Black Cross will be organising another picket outside Belfast City Hall this Monday 8th September at 5.30 in solidarity with anarchist hungerstriker Amadeu Casellas.

Amadeu's family and support group disregard Catalan Justice statement today.

The Catalan Justice department has this afternoon reported that Amadeu has called off his hunger strike on this the 76th day. However, the support and solidarity groups have maintained that the protest for this Saturday (tomorrow) is to go ahead to offer his mother support. She has found it difficult to visit Amadeu and was to be accompanied by a member of Parliament tomorrow.

In that light - all international Solidarity actions should continue.
