Property developer Bernard McNamara has been asked to pull out of two stalled development projects in Dublin so negotiations can begin with other contractors.
At a meeting of the council last night the assistant city manager said there had been no progress made in discussions on the St Michael's Estate, Inchicore and Dominick Street projects, and the council wants McNamara to pull out of the schemes so negotiations can be held with other bidders.
