Go to church and graveyard towards McMurphys Tavern. Stay on the road until JP Lees Post Office.
Take the next left towards Ballinagleara. Take that road for 3 miles over 3 little bridges.
At the T junction turn left. Take that road for a hundred yards and you’ll see us !

Perhaps someone could clarify whether this event is free or not as latest texts recieved say it is a fundraiser. The original email is above word for word, copied and pasted and I cant seem to get anyone on their phones this morning!

It is both- a free party in a beautiful part of the country, with
fundraising from food sales and donations.

is this child friendly event ?
There are several children expected to be at this event. There will be a Pottery Making Display in the morning and Traditional Music to entertain. There is of course the beautiful mountain to explore and a lot of kids like the camping experience. Children are welcome, accompanied by a responsible adult.
As there will be alcohol consumed in the evening, most children are expected to leave by 7pm or so, this is of course at your discretion.
