Discover many paths to better health

Cultivate is pleased to offer our first ever Health & Yoga Day. Attendees will be able to avail of a wide-variety of classes, treatments, talks and information on the day. Come get a taste for many styles of health-related activities and ideas, all in one place.

The venues for this event are Ss. Michael & John's (a big banquet hall) at Cultivate and the adjoining Aspect Language School (where many of the classes, workshops and treatments will be held in quiet, private rooms).

Classes booked in so far include Ashtanga, Hatha and Partner Yoga, Aikido, Tai Chi, Mindfulness Meditation, Meditation as taught by Sri Chinmoy Centre, Chanting and the Alexander Technique. Workshops include one on relationships and another on Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT). Therapies include Reiki and various massage forms. Some of the talks include the subjects of Homeopathy, The Art of Living and Psychological Astrology. These are all preliminary listings as we continue to programme the day.

The event runs from 9am to 1pm and from 2 to 6pm. In a spirit of solidarity with those working, we'll all break from 1 - 2pm for lunch. Govinda's will sell food on site.

Some of the participating organisations include: Lotus Yoga, Samadhi Yoga, Irish Aikido Federation, Amma Ireland, Art of Living Foundation, Irish School of Homeopathy, Duke St. Holistic Clinic, Reiki Federation Ireland, Irish School of Natural Healing, Body & Soul Zone (Electric Picnic) and Oscailt.
