It seems to me that from now the Health Campaign will need to focus
on a certain number of concrete demands.
Perhaps three or four short terms topics and maby six or seven medium demands.
By short term I mean from the time a minister or someone in H.S.E were forced to concceed somethng
that the impelementation would take eighteen months or less.
