St Patrick's Day protesters in Bristol

Activists in Bristol took action against two Shell garages in support of the Rossport Community in Mayo.

One Shell garage was shut during the morning rush hour and drivers were turned away from a second when protesters in Bristol, England took to the forecourts in support of the Rossport community in Mayo.

Passing motorists were treated to traditional Irish music at Shell forecourts in Bristol on St Patrick' Day. During the morning rush hour protesters managed to shut one garage while the afternoon team turned drivers away at a second forecourt. Hundreds of leaflets were handed out explaining what Shell was doing in Mayo and tens of motorists beeped their horns in support. Until next time folks! Good luck.
